Is $79 the price for a one-person business?
Yes. The service is $79 CAD per covered user per month, with no seat minimum. Microsoft and Google licenses are purchased separately.
Do you replace my existing IT provider?
Not necessarily. CyberTECT manages agreed cloud systems and security remotely. Your current provider can continue onsite and physical infrastructure work.
Is this unlimited IT support?
No. Remote troubleshooting, covered systems and support hours are defined in your written scope. It is not an unlimited helpdesk.
Is GRC consulting included?
A focused environment and access review is part of onboarding. Formal risk, readiness and compliance assessments are separately scoped and priced.
