Our commitment

CyberTECT is working toward a website that is perceivable, operable, understandable and robust for a wide range of visitors and assistive technologies. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing responsibility rather than a one-time claim of perfect conformance.

Features built into the site

The website includes:

• A skip link that moves directly to the main content.
• Keyboard-accessible navigation, dropdown menus, forms and interactive checks.
• Visible focus indicators for links, buttons and form controls.
• Semantic headings, form labels and descriptive link text.
• Responsive layouts for phones, tablets and larger screens.
• Reduced-motion support for visitors who request it in their device settings.
• Alternative-text guidance for meaningful images added through WordPress.
• Interactive checks that do not depend on colour alone to communicate an answer or result.

Known limitations and continuing review

Some third-party pages linked from this site—such as Google’s appointment scheduler, government resources or membership websites—are outside CyberTECT’s control. Older documents or future uploaded materials may also require additional remediation.

CyberTECT reviews mobile behaviour, heading structure, keyboard operation, form labels, colour contrast and alternative text as the site changes. A barrier may still be missed, especially when browser settings, assistive technology or third-party services interact in an unexpected way.

Alternative formats and assistance

If website information is not usable in its current form, contact CyberTECT. Where reasonably possible, the same information can be provided in a more accessible electronic format or explained through another suitable communication method.
